About Frank
My name is Frank Altman and I'm a certified personal trainer, and health and fitness coach in Bradenton. I have spent years in the trenches with clients helping them make a difference in their lives.
What started out as a hobby turned into a passion and eventually an obsession. Going to the gym and improving myself every single day was at one point in my life all that kept me going - and after years of experimenting on my own body I decided it was time to teach what I learned to people who needed to turn their fitness around.
After years of training in gyms as a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach and eventually working in private studios and home training, I decided to offer online coaching as well. Now I've taken the two and blended them together to create the ultimate coaching package. This holds clients accountable every single day with online tools and offers in personal visits to get some one on one instant feedback!
I've also been taking things a step further. Fitness has changed my life in every single way possible. From life force, energy, motivation and an unstoppable will to succeed at any cost - I owe it to fitness.
I want to help people change their lives and take control of who they are and what they can accomplish. This one single burning desire of mine to help those who need it most gives me an incredible amount of energy every single day - I don't need an alarm clock to wake up at 5 am anymore.
