First - who am I?
My name is Casey and I'm a personal trainer, nationally certified by NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) with supplemental certifications for Sports Nutrition and Circuit Training for Group Fitness. My specialities include: weight loss, training clients with chronic diseases, corrective exercise, sports conditioning & circuit training.
About The Program:
- Personal-Training Program (1-on-1)
- 14-days, customized programs (including diet/nutritional guidance!)
- The goal of the FitKick Program is to start your journey towards a better/healthier you!
- Cheaper than "regular" personal training sessions - with the condition that you work hard!
The Commitment:
- One hour each session, 5 days per week, for two weeks.
- Show up every single time, no cancellations or reschedules.
- Change your diet, stay focused, always reach out to me for support if you need it.
- Realize that diet is the key to maximal success in this program!
- No obligation to continue training with me after you complete the program, although discounts are offered for clients that complete the program and wish to continue training with me.
