About Kahlil
My name is Kahlil Carmichael and I am the lead fitness and health coach at The Fitness Doctor. I have over twenty years experience as a fitness coach. I love helping people learn how to exercise,get healthier,and feel better.
I hold certifications in fitness and have earned two master degrees.one in spirituality and the other in counseling.
I have written books on fitness and living well:Spirit,Mind,Body.
At the Fitness Doctor we teach people how to exercise and eat healthier so they might live well.
We work with the indivdual in a private setting to teach the fitness student the proper way to exercise. Through our fitness coaching the student will know what exercises work besyt for them.
