About Kendra
What makes Stellar Life Coaching so unique is our Positive Psychology focus. Positive Psychology is the scientific study of what makes life worth living and individuals flourish. What this means is we take a positive evidence based approach; leveraging the most recent research, utilizing scientifically validated tools, all combined with our lived experiences and education, to provide a tailored experience to each client to ensure lasting change.
With over 15 years of experience in HR, Training & Development, Coaching, Entrepreneurship, Consulting - Stellar Life Coaching is uniquely positioned to help clients seamlessly integrate positive habits, communication skills, and new behaviors while navigating business, conquering work-life balance, smashing goals, and supporting a healthy home life.
We know there is a shift happening.. One way or the other we all feel it. From the job we cannot find satisfaction in - no matter how good at it we are or how much money it brings us. The relationship we find no comfort or love in despite our greatest efforts to hold on to it. Or the goals we set to be fit that have lost their ability to drive us. We know that something has to change but if it is not the job, the relationship or the chiseled body then what is it that we really want? We want a meaningful life, an authentic life - a Stellar Life. Where we can take decisive action in all aspects of life with confidence. Where love has grace; and our work is a source of soul nurturing, and money flourishing success.

My single favorite thing about what I do is when my client has the Ah-ha moment... When all of the work comes full circle, they do the thing they feared, they say the thing they need to say, and all of the sessions merge together to give the light bulb of awareness and they are changed forever for the better. I have the best job because I get to witness metamorphosis, the moment of change, which is sometimes electric, but always inspiring.
