About Jasmin
My service stands out because I am know as the flex trainer! My program Sweat45 allows busy professionals, moms, and students to shchedule their workout when it's convienent for her! All she has to do is schedule her class and boom that's it. If she has a membership, she can take as many classes as she wants! If she doesn't want to commit, no worries! She can just pay the drop in rate anytime she wants to join in. That easy! Everyday is a different training day so she can choose what she would like to train as well. The choices are endless here!
Personal training is ran differntly than Sweat45. Please inquire if interested in that service.
What I enjoy the most is connecting with my community and other women who are empowered through fitness and health. I have helped countless women gain confidence, love their bodies unconditonally and wholeheartedly, and fall in love with fitness and health because they can take it with them for a lifetime!
I got started teaching back in 2018 when a friend asked me to train her. I had been into fitness and health since 2011 and never had thought about training anyone. At first I was hesistant and then I eventually said yes. I fell in love with training and it has been history ever since!
I am certified the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Personal Trainer and I am CPR/AED certified.

Tyically I will have a consultation with the client to go over their goals, any health issues/ concerns, and expectations. I will also give the client a tour of the training facility so she can be comfortable and ask any questions if she needs to.

1. Small Group Personal Training: $50/session (1 Hour)
If you want to get more detailed with your training, then prsonal training is for you! Here we work on nutrition and progressively overloading excercises every week that were programmed just for YOU! You will download an app where you can see your workouts in detail, upload your meals, take progressive photos and measurements, hook up your smart watch so you can record your workouts in the app, message me at any time, and so much more! This program is written with YOU in mind and just for YOU.

SWEAT45 is a 45 minute HIIT-circuit where we use cardio and strength training to
burn fat and build muscle and strength. You can burn up to 600 calories per workout! And have you heard of the "AFTERBURN" effect where you can burn additional calories AFTER your workout for up to 48 hours?!
