About Jason
The many lightbulb moments along the path to musical freedom are what keep me learning myself and what drive me to guide others.
I taught martial arts when I was younger and often gave lessons to band members to hone their skills. It came about naturally.
I have been playing since I was a small child and am currently taking lessons myself from a renowned professional.

I give a brief overview of the instrument, determine the student's music taste, take note of his or her music goals and what his or her big picture might be.
Mostly metal guitarists but I can touch on acoustic and classical guitar. I personally play anything from 4 and 5 string bass to 6, 7, and 8 string guitar.
Get excited. Be curious. Don't be afraid of theory.
