I was hesitant to start taking lessons as an adult, but Jay was always encouraging and uplifting, helping me take my music in any direction I wanted to! He always embraces my girlie random music, and, with his help, I have gone from - no clue how to play a guitar - to writing and recording my own music! He is also an excellent composer and producer.
