About Marti
My harp is my best friend. I've spent countless hours from the time I was ten years old learning music, struggling with different techniques, and ultimately bettering myself at the strings of my instrument. I believe that music taught me the most important lessons of life; perseverance, time management, and to work hard for what you're passionate about. It is my goal to share my love for my instrument and music with other people, and assist them in learning the invaluable lessons that the harp has taught me.
I received my bachelors of music performance from the University of North Texas, and I am currently pursueing my masters of music at the University of Miami. I have been playing the harp for over 12 years, gigging and performing throughout my hometown in East Texas, the Dallas area, Hong Kong and Chicago.
I have a degree in harp performance from the University of North Texas, and I am pursueing my masters of music at the University of Miami.
