When a new customer contacts me for training, I will first schedule a VIDEO or PHONE consultation so I can find out more about their fitness goals. Afterwards, I will schedule a FREE 30 min consultation which includes a TRYOUT SESSION.
After the consultation, if the customer wants to sign up , they can do so, when they come for their first session which will be their fitness assessment.
I have worked with people at all fitnes levels and with different types of medical conditions such as ( Diabetes, High Blood Pressure), Orhopedic issues, and people with llifestyle issues such as ( Overweight issues, Diet etc,).
