About Todd
I have 20 years of professional Management experience coupled with a Master's level education and extensive work towards a doctorate. I take a philosophical and psychological approach to workplace dynamics.
I have been a manager at a large corporation in the telecommunications industry for 20 years. I am deeply interested in human interaction, psychology, philosophy, and technology.
For many years I was in charge of a department that created training. During this time I was attending Doctoral courses in an effort to learn about organizational behavior. I am uniquely positioned to assist any business person in any role because my tactics are largely based on the social aspects of business. Hence, they apply broadly and across any industry.

I listen to what you want and through a series of questions we determine what you need in terms of the "Big picture." Once we have a direction to move towards we will plan some training to incrementally work towards the goal. Learning is a unique experience, and you can expect me to treat you as an individual. That means if you want to go fast we go fast. If you learn better with a slower instruction style we go slower. If you're a visual learner I'll cater to that. If you need to get hands-on to learn I'll create a space for it. In short, I'll find a way to make the lessons resonate. You will walk away from this with skills you can use.
