About Cynthia
I have been in the fitness industry for over 25 years now. I have enjoyed every single minute. To help someone achieve their fitness goals, is to me one of the best things in life. I have taught all ages and stages, and all sizes too! Everyone has to start somewhere, and knowing how to balance real life with fitness is the key.
Certified and licensed to teach all types of fitness. I have to build my own programs, that have been very successful. Yoga at the lake, pink camo Boot Camp, course circuit, core fusion, C.U.T. I started teaching at our family health club when I was a senior in high school. I have never stopped teaching or training since I was 18 years old. I actually trained people before personal training was a thing, and I have loved every moment of it. It has afforded me travel, meeting wonderful people from around the world, and I have been a featured instruct on DVDs, I have been a featured fitness writer, and I think at this point in my career I have a pretty good grasp of what people like and my classes are still well attended, so I'm going to teach1
I have done just about every certification, but there ever has been in the past 25+ years. I have run my own business for over 15 years. I keep up with all the trends, attend various fitness conferences during the year to keep out the rest of new information and new techniques.

I have a complete package where we will discuss goals, talk about nutrition , talk about what their likes and dislikes are, and then we will set up a program
I have worked with all ages and stages. I have a children's fitness certification, so I work with children, I've had teenagers in my class, I've taught at the college level, I teach new moms, moms with children who are grown, seniors. There is literally no group that I cannot teach. I find the nuances and the differences in my clients so wonderful That I create programming for them that is uniquely designed and it works.

This week I taught at to Zumbathons. One for meals on wheels, and one to help raise funds for a high school cheer team. Those are my favorite types of events because everyone in the community participates, money is raised and Zumba is universal, it's fun, and it makes everyone happy. I'm always happy to do community events because I see the Impact it has on the community
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
I think everyone who wants to work with the trainer, needs to have a list of questions such as pricing, ask for certification, make sure they are knowledgeable in their field. Make sure you know what your goals are before you start working with the trainer. Do you want to build muscle, lose weight change your body shape. It's very helpful for a trainer to have that information in order to write out good programs. As far as group exercises concerned , Always check with your physician first before starting any fitness program, and then just attend and find what works best for you.

Details
My group X classes are five dollars, and they're drop in I teach at crooked Creek Park in Chapin South Carolina, and at Harbison recreation center in Columbia South Carolina starting in October. I am a mobile trainer, so I go to my students homes or find a place like a park or trail and we can work out basically wherever the client desires. My pricing is affordable it's $25 for 30 minutes, $40 for 45 minutes, and $55 for 60 minutes. I do give discounts when people buying packages of five or 10.
