Raised 4 of my own children. And Mentored other children along the way.
I continue to take programs on self discovery and mindset. Studied with Kathleen Cameron, Steve Chandler, Rich Livtin, Intro to Hakomi, and much more. I have also studied spiritualiy in various forms and have taken all the best from many resources to create my programs.
I hosted a podcast for 2 years with a listenership of over 200,000 downloads a month. you can find me on YouTube, Linkedin, Instagram and FaceBook.
After working with a Family Therapist for a time in a professionals training for parenting coaches, I was one of many published in her latest book.
