About Roseann
I work with busy women and men helping them to find solutions to balance fitness and nutrition so that they can live fit. Together we create successful strategies for health, happiness and harmony in all areas of their life. Let's connect!
My passion is living a healthy lifestyle. I've successfully competed in 50+ yr category in Women's Figure Competitions and placed 1st in my class at the age of 56, proving it's never too late.
For 29 yrs. I have specialized in helping overcome their fitness and health challenges through increasing endurance, flexibility, power, mobility, stability, and strength in their body while improving their confidence and commitment to living a healthier life.
Through educational programs and 1-1 coaching I help clients find a deeper understanding of how their body works and how to feed it for optimal energy to heal their bodies from the inside out. Together we create a plan, depending on their goals, to decode how their body wants to be fed, what kind of workout is most effective for them and how to eliminate the challenges that get in the way of achieving those goals.
Some of the ways we do this include personal fitness training, learning about whole foods and live foods, healing through essential oils and the power of green smoothies. I help them find the right kind of work out for their body type, age, fitness level, flexibility and lifestyle, so that they can continue to live fit for life.
