About Poorna
Hello! I am a UCLA graduate with 6 years of tutoring experience. I have tutored and mentored kids ranging from preschool age all the way up to high school and college students. I have experience tutoring in math, English and history. In particular, I excel at helping students in writing essays and in reading.

I take a look at what their current capabilities are, and where they need an extra push and help to bridge those gaps so that they can succeed.
