About Westi
I am a professional makeuo artist and licensed Eathetician and have over 20 years of combined with experience in film,runway red carpet, bridal and spefoSpecial and makeup artistry. I have worked and trained with some of the best in the industry incldint celebrities and artists and my specialty is the Smokey eye for any age and have been coined "the eye master".
I love helping women feel beautiful and confident and there is nothing like seeing someone light up when shown little tricks and tips to give them a nee look or a new idea of applying their makeup. There is nothing like the power of makeup.
I started teaching back when I worked in retail I would train and mentor employees and clients and then I started giving lessons to teens and women in salons and stores.
I have taken several certification classes as well as staying up to date by taking various classes and trainings given by professional artists. I am a MAC pro member, I have a certificate from both Award Studio for media makeup, Cinema Secrets Special Fox, attended Candy Johnson training seminar. Mario Dedonovich classes as well as many trainings and seminars for retail brands and freelance opportunities.

Inquire about their needs and what their goals are. Also asking them to gather the tools and makeuo they currently have and make a list of ehat they think they would want or need to complete their kit. Lastly ehat is their experience with makeup from beginner to the expert meaning they have taken professional lessons.
I have worked with teens, red carpet makeuo and aging clients who need help with hair loss and camouflage makeup.
Do your homework and make sure they have experience and aren't just educated by YouTube videos. Social media is amazing but hiring a qualified licensed professional will give you the experience and results you are looking for with someone you can trust who will be there for too long term.
A recent event I am fond of was conducting a quick special fix makeup session for my daughter's school on career day. Out of all of the trainings I have done it was by far so fun and amazing to watch them be inspired by creating their own looks with simple tricks.

Details
My pricing ranges for lessons from $50-100 an hour depending on if they want to use their makeuo and the skill level they are looking to achieve. A kit can also be purchased in addition to the lessons once the clients needs are established.
