On the first lesson I typically talk to my students for about 10 minutes to learn more about there goals. The first training session I will asses the level each person is on so I can set a plan for them.
I've worked with people at all levels and all ages.
It is best to have a coach. You should be surrounded by individuals that can hold you accountable so you reach your goals.

Just think about what goals you want to achieve. But know that you are already perfect just the way you are.

Keith is an amazing trainer!! I’m working to loose weight and each week I’ve seen pounds and inches come off! He comes up with goals for me to work on and even helps me plan my meals.
