About Brenden
Teaching the science and concepts of Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do and the Filipino matrial arts. You learn to blend boxing, kickboxing, trapping, grappling, and weapons to become fully competent in self-defense. Offering weekly group classes, private lessons, and seminars. Specialized training in the same tactics taught to the CIA, FBI, DEA, and law enfocement. Specialized women's self-defense, and intensified personal training. No experience necessary! We teach complete beginners to experienced martial artists.
I enjoy giving people skills and abilities that they will take with them for the rest of their days. If we don't master the physical then we can never truly master the spiritual and walk in peace.
I've been training in the martial arts for over 20 years. In 1998 I was certified by Sifu Paul Vunak to teach Jeet Kune Do and Filipino martial arts. I then began teaching my own students.
Certified in direct lineage to Bruce Lee to teach Jeet Kune Do and the Filipino Martial Arts. I'm also a Marriage and Family Therapist and a Ph.D. student in Developmental Psychology.

New students are first assessed as to what their unique interests are. You are gently guided on the path of personal mastery and self-discovery through first learning the fundamentals of Jun Fan Kickboxing and the Filipino martial arts. You will then grow into your own unique martial artist as you learn more advanced concepts.
I have worked with complete beginners to experienced martial artists. I have taught grandmothers, families, former nuns, real estate agents, military members, students who will be traveling overseas.
