About Preston
Hello all I'm Coach Preston, a boxing trainer I'm originally from Dallas, TX. I currently live in the Coral Gables / South Miami area. I have been a trainer for over the past 5 years.
I work from local Community Center but i can meet at boxing gym, or your home. We will work on stances, footwork, head positioning, hand positioning, shoulder positioning, angles, bobbing, weaving, head movement, hand movements, feinting, ducks, slips, countering, drawing in, shifting, pivoting, centerline theory, parrying, blocking, stop hits, drills, toe to toes, striking to the head, striking to the body, striking in place, striking in motion, combinations, shadowboxing, heavy bag, double end bag, mitts,
I enjoy watching the transformation of people's mind and body that commit to the program. The pure satisfaction of seeing someone commit and then achieving what they thought was impossible in the beginning joy and satisfaction to me and a testament to their will to overcome.
