About Vic
I have 47 years of experience in Boxing, Martial Arts, Self Defense, Fitness & Weight Training. I am former U.S. Army PT instructor, a State Police Certified Defensive Tactics instructor, a Guro under Tuhon Dan Inosanto, and trained under Sensei Erik Paulson former Shooto World Champion and owner of CSW Training Center Worldwide. I have several accredidations including my PT Cert from the W.I.T.S - World instructor Training School.
This is my passion, my wife and I do this full time. We love helping people not just reach their physical Goals but incorporate the whole person, mind, body and spirit. Monmouth health and Life coined us "The Gym that heals" and we love that. People come to us for all kinds of reasons, we are way more then just a gym.
47 years of training and coaching combined.
