Perfect! I have taken 4 classes so far and I’m very glad that I opted for Master Lavin as my trainer. As a trainer, Master Lavin knows how much to push you for strengthening/ improving the technique and at the same time makes sure you’re aware of the risks of injury if you’re overdoing it. I can really see the difference in hiring a personal trainer vs the online/ YouTube classes. It’s really helped me improve my posture, technique and understand the “WHYs” of certain kicks/punches or just the importance of posture. Master Lavin is passionate about teaching and his students goals… I loved how every class focused on different technique, making each session unique. I also feel myself getting a little better with each session which is very motivating. I like how Master Lavin is very patient with me and corrects my posture/ technique/ kicks/ punches until they are correct. Overall, I’m really enjoying each session and can definitely see the benefits of my classes both mentally and physically.
