About Rebekah
I am a personal trainer under Hall of Famer & World Champion Jermaine Andre. I have been his student for over 14 years. I specialize in the training of women & youth. All of his trainers are individually selected, carefully trained, tested & certified personally by Jermaine Andre to assure accuracy, safety, care & character. We are placed through demanding physical & mental training unlike any personal trainers on the planet. This assures we will have a complete & fair understanding of what our clients are experiencing. We are educated in understanding human behavior & kept under strict fitness & lifestyle accountability.
I love guiding women and young ladies to have fun and feel good while getting fit, and building a respectable friendship with themselves and the other ladies. I love to lead by example and train with ladies while assuring my classes operate so that any women of any size or experience level can participate, and better herself in comfort.
I started training myself for personal empowerment. I developed a passion for teaching & helping others because of what it did for me.
I have been training under Jermaine Andre' for over 14 years now. I have earned the rank of Instructor & Elite Student. I am a Blue Belt in Andre's MMA Black Belt Program. I am a certified trainer in Andre's MMA Black Belt Program. Fitness Trainer. Fitness Boxing Trainer. Fitness Kickboxing Trainer. Self Defense Trainer. Muay Thai Fitness Trainer. I am also a program developer.

I bring a new client into the office for an initial consultation to asses them & sets their training goals. Once a goal is set. I will pick the best designed routine to fit the client. I start the private lessons out easily to allow new clients ample time to properly adjust.
I have trained women & youth from all different types of backgrounds. Between the ages of 5 & 65. Beginners & Experienced.

I loved the personalized attention. At my consultation, I was asked to bring in a picture of someone's body I liked so they could further see the goals I was trying to obtain for myself. I had specific goals that I wanted to achieve and it was nice to have Rebekah my trainer in my corner cheering me on. When I would get stuck she was always there to push me to hit my next goal! Body Like That was one of the most rewarding workout program's I have done and the results showed! I appreciated the fact that the workouts were always different so I never got board with the same routine and I always looked forward to going to the gym to see what was next!

Instructor Rebekah is amazing! She is so encouraging and truly is there for you and your health and fitness goals. I started working with her few years ago, starting weight right near 200lbs.
