About Jordyn
I stand out from other tutors because I wasn't a 4.0 student and I wasn't a natural born Math Queen. Math was not my best subject but I loved the challenge it gave me so i practiced and practiced and eventually i got better
My favorite part in being a tutor is seeing the lightbulb go off on a child's face and mind when the finally understand a problem that they have been working on for hours
I got inspired to tutor when i realized that there were a lot of really bad tutors out there that wouldn't even try to relate with me, or get frustrated with me. I don't want that to be the case for anyone else
In highschool i was in Math club and tutored mostly middle schoolers

When working with a student i try to think about my time when i was taking that math course and how i struggles too. Early in High School while i was taking math I wasn't really doing to great, and the tutors i had were horrible. I want to be a tutor kids can come and instead of just telling them how to do a problem, I help them understand it the concept as well
Mostly Elementary and Middle School
When looking for a tutor the advice i would give the student is really looking at there discriptoipons.
