About Tracey
Inner Root Yoga is a studio that offers small yoga classes that cater to beginner yogis. Creating an environment where one can relax and learn the benefits of yoga and meditation is something we specialize in. We also offer Reiki sessions, and trainings. We are centrally located in the Merriman Valley.
