About Debi
I am a Professor, Lifestyle Coach, and Speaker. My expertise is in work/life balance, tobacco cessation, and stress reduction skills. I combine my experience with stress related coping skills, lifestyle changes using the Wellness Inventory Assessment tool, and ability to help the client achieve personal growth and transformation. My unique coaching program is - Pause on Purpose: 7 ways to Restore your Joy & Wellbeing
I enjoy working with individuals who want restore joy & wellbeing in their lives but need a roadmap for their journey and an accountability partner.
I hold an MBA from Penn State University, I am a Professor at West Chester University teaching Stress Management for the past six years. I have a Wellness Inventory Coaching Certification along with other certifications in yoga, meditation and qigon.

I offer a 30 minute complimentary phone session to see if there is a fit for my coaching program. If the individual would like to become a client, then he/she would determine whether they want the 1, 3 or 6-month program. Coaching is 1 hour weekly in person, or by Facetime, or Skype. Pricing is determined depending on location of client, and coaching process selected.
Mostly adults who are going through stress and change and are looking for positive transformation in their lives. Some want more joy, others want to stop smoking, and still others feel out of balance and need direction.
