About Tess
My only offering is Yoga Nidra Meditation, along with the support of Osho’s active meditations as a preparation for deep stillness, silence and Presence. It is a sleep-based guided meditation which gradually brings you into deep relaxation states, the Delta wave brain state, where seeds of intention can be planted that will effect changes all the way back to the physical level.
I am now living in the Monterey/Carmel area, ready to begin my Yoga Nidra practice again in the 2020 New Year.
i am available for personal sessions either in person locally, or via Skype, Google Hangouts, or WhatsApp.
If those options do not work for you, please continue to do your practice whenever and wherever you are drawn . . . the Time is Now . . . stay Present and Live your life embracing your True Nature of Love, Freedom, Joy and Expansion.
