About Jennifer
I have been meditating and teaching meditation in some way or another for two decades. I teach mindfulness, somatic and analytical styles of meditation. I draw on Buddhist psychology but incorporate modern neuroscience and current motivational research. I am also a therapist specializing in complex trauma and all of my meditation techniques are highly informed from this body of work making it a safe and approachable modality for all.
Helping people discover how their lives can change to increase wellbeing, peace and happiness is my life's work and passion. Meditation has changed my life for the better, and I wish I knew it at a younger age. Now, I get to help others discover this path of self-inquiry and awakening. It is an incredible gift to have been given.
