About RAYELLEN
Sometimes our relationships (including our relationship to self and spirit) need a little reboot. Part of what I offer under the name "GraceWorks" is to provide emotional and relationship support and tools for individuals, couples, and poly tribes. I also host (when we aren't in quarantine) heart-opening, body-positive gatherings that help people explore the communication and expression of love, intimacy and sexuality.
I've been told that I'm a a patient and culturally sensitive listener, and I live whole-heartedly with my mind open to celebrating choice. I serve community as an educator and event host with a keen interest in helping individuals and partners find and move from their own wisdom.
My experience includes years of deep involvement in wellness and personal growth work in the areas of sexuality, healing shame, and opening to love. This includes serving as an intern and evolutionary leader trainee for the national and local organizations focused on love and intimacy, graduate studies in mental health counseling, and participation in sex-positive transformational communities.
I love holding a clutter-free, come-as-you-are space for people to find what is true in them. Sometimes I also enjoy sharing insight and wisdom that can help someone experience impactful perspective shifts.
If you really knew me, you'd know that I do personal growth and transformational work like its an Olympic sport! I'm an avid consumer of experiences and information from many different healing modalities: traditional psychotherapy and mental health counseling, non-traditional sex-positive healing experiential communities, participation in spiritual practices including kirtan, yoga, tantra, meditation, and earth medicine rituals.

About the lesson

We start with a 20 minute information gathering phone call to co-create a process of working together. During that time, we'll identify who wants to be involved in learning, what the targetted intent of the sessions will be, and get an idea of which healing modalities we will incorporate. I prefer in-person sessions to begin, but we can work remotely as well.
I work with individuals, couples, and poly tribes to help people hone their communication skills, generate empathy, and co-create relationship agreements that work for everyone.
You have the answers inside, and don't need my advice. I'll just help you find them.
Prior to quarantine/social distancing, I created a class about communicating for intimacy called "Beyond the Hookup."
I hosted a series of Goddess Gatherings that brought together women and men to offer one another ritual, emotional support, and non-sexual healing touch.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
If you are seeking to do healing work with a partner or partners, the important question is whether each of you are coming to the work willingly. I'm not available to help individuals who are trying to "get" their partner to do anything.

Details
Pricing depends on how we decide to work together, but here are a few packages to give you an idea:
1-on-1 phone session ($90 for 90 minutes)
3 hour relationship intensive (in person, co-created experience to work through a specific issue: $125 per person)
Poly circle (3-4 hour, in-person session for all members of a poly tribe to come together to know one another on a deeper emotional level and create relationship agreements that work for everyone) $500
