About Frank
I am a technology instructor with **32 years of experience training professionals in the corporate world**. Throughout my career, I have helped thousands of employees improve their technology skills, increase productivity, and become more confident using the tools they rely on every day.
I have also had the privilege of teaching Microsoft Excel as a professor at **Mercy College**, helping students develop practical skills they could apply in their academic and professional careers.
I believe learning should be **motivational, fun, and educational**. There is no reason training has to be boring! My goal is to create an engaging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, exploring new concepts, and gaining the confidence to succeed.
My teaching approach focuses on making complex topics simple, using real-world examples, and adapting to each student's learning style. Whether you are just getting started or looking to improve advanced skills, I bring patience, energy, and decades of experience to every session.
Technology is constantly changing, but learning should always be enjoyable. My mission is to help students build skills, confidence, and excitement about what they can accomplish.
I've been training computer software for over 27 years to corporate and government clients. I have been successfully running MCS since 1998.
I am also a Certified Microsoft Office Master Instructor.
