Not Paleo eating from the evolutionary argument we didn't eat it then, we can't eat it now, but Paleo from modern clinical research: nutrient-dense, chemical-free, anti-inflammatory foods like organ meats, pasture-raised + wild-caught meats, organic produce, sprouted nuts and seeds and fermented foods. Nutrition that is delicious, satisfying, energizing and reboots your health.
We have master degrees in nutriiton and/or are licensed in nutrition or dietetics.
