About Jodie
I enjoy helping people lead the lives they want through healthier lifestyle choices and fitness. There is a lot of information out about nutrition and fitness and it gets confusing and overwhelming. I like to help people make sense of that information and incorporate it into their daily lives.
I love being active and helping others.
I’ve taught CPR and First Aid since 2010 after becoming a Paramedic and have taught one on one classes and large groups.
Personal training I began teaching a year ago when I felt I needed to do more to help others lead a happy and healthy lifestyle.

Details
For personal training and health coach if you are a member of the 24 Hr gym in Mattoon, Charleston and Effingham IL the fee is $20.00/hr. If you are not a member my fee is $35.00/hr.
CPR and First Aid is $75.00 per person.
