My name is Coach Mason Price and I have been coaching and training athletes for over 8 years now. My most recent gigs being at Complete Athlete Baseball & Blizzard Baseball.
My baseball career was once promising, but my weak mindset stopped me from achieving more success. After lettering in Baseball and Basketball at Spring Lake Park High School, I went on to graduate at the University of Minnesota with a BA in Psychology (Sports Focused). I’m located in Minneapolis, MN. (Blaine to be exact), but am currently renting out spaces in various locations within Anoka County.
Improving the confidence of young athletes is what I do. I know from experience how important a strong mindset is and how even the BEST ATHLETES can fall victim to a weak mindset. It is extremely fulfilling to help a young athlete discover what they are capable of when they work hard and they have someone who believes in them. I have helped many kids who were going to quit baseball regain their confidence in their abilities; not just in their sport, but in their lives. I am a huge believer in making sports into life lessons. Less than 1% of these kids will go pro, but over 99% of them will become young adults.
I have helped hundreds of athletes improve their OFP (On-Field Performance) while working with me. I have tons of experience training hitters, pitchers, and all defensive positions. Over 95% of my clients have increased their throwing and/or hitting velocity. The majority of my clients have left reviews saying they most enjoyed the sports counseling angle I take to teaching.
I just recently started teaching basketball lessons, but will be taking the same approach.
