About Frantz
La Sante’ Fitness offers private (1:1) and semi-private (group) training for students of all ages (5 years and up) and all fitness levels. We offer a positive fitness experience with customized programming based on each student’s fitness goals and needs. La Sante’ Fitness has also partnered with a holistic weight loss physician to meet the overall health and fitness needs of each student.
At La Sante Fitness we enjoy helping our students achieve their health and fitness goals in a positive environment. We also enjoy seeing our students exceed their expectations and reaching their health and fitness goals. Their success is our success.
Health and fitness has always been an integral part of our founder's life from early childhood until now, across various spectrums. He has been an athlete, coach, educator, fitness consultant, General Manager, and personal trainer. Combining his love of health and fitness with his love of education gave birth to La Sante' Fitness.
All La Sante’ Fitness trainers are Master level trainers. They offer various levels of certification such as NASM and ACE as well as areas of specialization such as sport specific training, Group X, explosive performance, yoga, Pilates, etc.

Each new student is assessed thoroughly by both a trainer and naturopathic physician. Based upon this assessment, goals will be developed in conjunction with the student. A trainer and/or naturopathic physician is then assigned to the student based upon client’s needs and goals.
La Sante' Fintess works with students 5 years of age and up.
We would advise students to do their due diligence to assure that they are hiring an expert that can not only assist in meeting their health and fitness goals, but to also assure that the expert/environment is conducive to their educational needs. Students thrive in different environments wheter it be virtual, in person, assertive, or nurturing. The student needs to determine which one is best for them as it will have a direct affect on thier success or lack thereof.
A recent event that we are fond of is partnering with a naturpoathic physican. This allows us to meet our student's needs in a more wholistic manner by providing an additional platform to help students achieve their health and fitness goals.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Students should be S.M.A.R.T. about their health and fitness goals before talking to teachers. This means goals should be:
S = specific
M= measurable
A= attainable
R= realistic
T= time-based
This will assist in the support of the clarifcation, focus, and motivation needed to succed.
