About Jon
Ruffier Fitness stands out because we are a semi-private gym. What that means is you won't be contending with 20 other people for the same piece of equipment. There will never be more than 3 other people working out in the gym at the same time while your there. On top of that I design your workouts to make sure there's no overlap of equipment to keep everyone working rather than waiting for equipment to open up. We focus on strength building, HIIT and also more specified training based on individual goals.
I love everything about the work I do. Having the opportunity to help people better their lives through physical fitness has always been a passion of mine. With Ruffier Fitness you don't get just another employee who might not be fully engaged in the business, you get the business owner who cares about your success above all else and will work with you to achieve your goals.
I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I had a strength and conditioning internship with Hoban High School as well as did work as a strength and conditioning coach for Revere Highschool student.
i also coach and referee for Powerlifting as well as compete in Powerlifting and Strongman.
