About Jack
Hello everyone! My personal training focuses on my student's strengths and reasons for learning. I have been doing calisthenic competitions and playing basketball both for 7 years now. I ensure that students are taught from a personalized curriculum that brings them closer to their fitness goals that will prepare and enrich them for life. I am passionate about training people for calisthenics, weights, endurance conditioning, muscle building, toning, weight loss, pretty much getting people healthier and in better shape. I believe I can engage any curious or dedicated fitness person with this eclectic mix of perspectives and experience.
I started training some of my friends and then they recommended that I tried training some of their friends and starting a business out of it
I am currently majoring in Kinesiology at Laney College in Oakland. I do calisthenics competitions and do a mixture of endurance and powerlifting exercises.

I was part of the Calisthenics Battle League in Stockton and placed first in the Intermediate division for it.

He takes the time to study what works for your body. When we began, he came in with a plan and didn’t hesitate to adjust to what my body was able to do while still pushing me to new limits. He is open to learning new techniques and strategies to make sure every workout routine is right for you to get you to your goals.
Jack really helped me gain more strength in my upper body. And shows a real passion for his training. Highly recommend giving him a try
Jacks a very good trainer that really explains the exercises well, always makes me work up a sweat, and helped me get back into game shape for my soccer club tournaments. Looking forward to working with him more.
