About Ali
I have been exercising my whole life! I've learned how to work around juries/limitations and still create an effective, challenging, but Fun, workout program. There is always something that can be done!
During my 10 years of being a Beachbody coach (home company to P90X/Insanity and many others) I am able to combine a variety of training styles to truly personalize each session.
Seeing my clients, who typically, become friends, achieve their goals! Also, sharing my knowledge and experience to give back to others!
Training came natural to me in highschool. I was able to pick up on form easily and I always wanted to learn more. My moto, "if something comes easy to you and it's a natural interest with little effort, you can make a life style of it and earn money from that passion!"
I have tried a variety of workouts. It's really about finding the right one that works for your body and your goals. I have been with Beachbody and trained to learn: yoga, weight training techniques, agility training, core/ab training, stretching and the list goes on. I've been a certified personal trainer since, 1990 and a P90X certified trainer since 2008.

I prefer meeting with them first at a location that is convenient for the both of us. Everyone has their own style of what they are looking for, I want to ensure that the client is comfortable and has truly choosen the right person for them before we commit. The more comfortable, the more they gain out of our sessions!
Ages have ranged from 16-60. Some were athletes and some had very little experience.
Always meet them first. Don't get locked in a realize the fit isn't there. No your abilities and limitations and know that the person you chose to train you will listen and support that and not push you beyond to the point of injury.
You should have confidence that your trainer will encourage, support and guide you with safety and YOUR goals in always in mind!
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
If they meet with a trainer and have a general idea of their desires they shouldn't need to know much more. A good trainer will be able to talk them through suggestions and ask specific questions, that by the end of the meeting the client fully understands and is in agreement with their goals and how to reach them!

Ali is wonderful. She pays close attention to your form to prevent injuries. Her plans are innovative and work your entire body. She cheers you on and keeps track of your successes. She never makes you feel bad if you cannot do an exercise. She always modifies workouts to address any issues. You will see results!
Ali is a great trainer. She tailors the exercise routine to your fitness level. I definitely felt better physically and emotionally.
Ali is a caring and compassionate trainer. She knows when to push as well as knowing when I may just need an ear to listen. Let's face it getting in shape and healthy is just as much mental as it is physical. Ali is a perfect mix of trainer and friend.
