Consistent Fitness is an In-Home Personal Training company designed to get you the best results possible within your time and budget. I come to your home with all the equipment necessary to give you a great workout in a minimal amount of time. You will leave your workout energized and optimistic about your change in lifestyle and path towards total wellness.
I have always had a love for helping people and spent time before personal training in the martial arts field.
I have several certifications from nationally certifed personal training programs.

I always get them started with a workout and begin to build a program from there. I want the client to get started building a consitent habit for exercise from day 1
I have worked with all types of clients and have trained hundreds of clients over the past 10 years. From weight loss to muscle building to just keeping you in shape as you age. I have been able to seemany ofmy client achive the goals they set for themselves when we started and continued to help them maintain those goals moving forward.

Details
Yes. My clients choose how many days of week they want to train and are gurenteed those times and days every week. My clients are then are charged monthly for the total number of sessions they complete in a month. I have flexibilty in my schedule which allows for weekly rescheduling if needed.
