About Erik
I focus on the overall improvement in the functionality of the body. Taking a look at the entire body and how it moves allows me to rebuild the connection between the fascia and muscle. This not only gives you a better-developed muscle but most importantly it gives you a life free from pain with improved mobility and flexibility

I enjoy seeing the mental and physical transformation of the people I work with. This goes beyond losing weight. When I get phone calls or texts from my clients letting me know they are waking up pain-free, sleeping better, and doing things they could not do before, such as running, then it makes the countless hours I spend planning their training all worth it.
I opened my first gym in 2008. By 2014 I had a total of three and a restaurant which opened in 2015. I have traveled the world and been coached by some of the best. Though I am missing the paper that declares me a graduate I have worked with two gold medal Olympians in nutrition and fitness, several world champion grapplers and mixed martial artists, pro golfers, pro baseball players, pro football, pro soccer, and business professionals.

I want to know all the individuals that I work with on a personal level. As a coach for the past seventeen years, my formula for success is to connect on a personal level. Each individual has different buttons, and I want to discover what buttons need to be pushed for you to perform.
Once we connect the coach-student relationship begins with a one on one meeting.
With so many gyms in the area, it would be wise to research as many as you can to pick the right for you.

Honestly, this place is the epitome of a perfect place to train. Challenging, motivating and fun. All the benefits of having a personal trainer but in a motivational group setting.
My body after having two children and working out at Virtus is better than it was before I had children and no Virtus. I have never felt better in my body or looked better! It totally worth every penny and everyone should do it!
Absolutely the BEST diet and workout program. Erik is AMAZING - the workouts are challenging, coaches know what they are doing and it's a great team environment to workout in - everyone supports and pushes each other. I am a 56-year-old woman, mother and full-time employee for a company. I walked into Virtus weighing 340#. I have lost over 100# and am now off my high blood pressure medication because Virtus works if you commit! Virtus is absolutely life changing!!!
