When I begin to work with a new Client, I first start with a Fitness Assessment and Evaluation. During this process, I will go over Medical History, Exercise History, and see how they move using a Functional Movement Screen. I also will go through a Goals Setting and Needs and Analysis. From that, I start putting together a Exercise Prescription which will be the Foundation of their Program.
