Typically I consulte a new client about thier goals, past training experience, injuries and limitations and develop a game plan from there
Youth Athletes , D1, D2, D3 college athletes, professional athletes , Pre and Post natal, Senior citizens, cancer survivors , stroke recovery
Knowledge is important by so is communication. You need to find someone that can communitcate the information to you and train you to fit your personality
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Ask how's and whys. There should always be a reason to what you are doing. You don't want to just have a bunch of random stuff thrown at the wall.

The personalized plan and attention to my goals
I was able to get much stronger and fit working very safely with Brad.
My son’s trained with Leviathan and they had a blast. Don’t get me wrong, my son’s worked their butts off and their hard work showed on the baseball field. Brad was patient with them and made it fun, but reigned them back in when they were getting too silly. On a scale of 1-10 Leviathan is a 12!
