About Christin
I am a mature female who has raised 3 children. I have been a personal trainer since 2017. I have currently owned my own training business for the past 4 years.
I have been in the worst shape and the best shape of my life. My goal is to help clients find that balance. I understand how confusing it can be, how overwhelming it can be! I would love the opportunity to teach you the basics so that your progress last a lifetime. Not just short term mindset. Beginners in strength training. Getting confidence in getting into a gym! I'm here to help!
I enjoy helping people first and foremost. I also love seeing my clients progress from learning a basic squat to learning out to barbell squat. I am very patient while teaching new clients. I strive on being professional, motivating and as helpful as I can
I want to be instrumental in you taking control of your health and making yourself a priority again!
I was actually a client back in 2016ish and truly loved making myself a priority and seeing the changes in my body as well as strength. This is something that also allows me to still be present in my daughters life before and after school.

I work with my clients based on where they are in life. Keep things that are working for them and build in new habits to help them get to their goal and maintain their progress
I have worked mostly women who range from 25-65. I do have men that I have also worked with and have made and making great progress. General wellness, weight loss is what I focus on for all my clients.
Hire someone that understands your needs and struggle. Even someone who has walked in your shoes and hears what you are currently dealing with. Choosing a like minded person who can accept their own flaws and struggles will go a long way. An influencer who has a nice body because they are young and has good genetics is not going to teach you long term consistency
I recently worked with a young girl who had gained a substantial amount of weight from a medical issue. She was getting married and wanted to be at her wedding feel the best she ever has. It truly didnt mean being skinny, it meant seeing herself in photos and knowing she went thru a transition that she is still able to maintain even after her wedding.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Are serious are they to put in the work that needs to be done. Its is valuable that you will hire the best person for the job or the cheapest for that reason only.
