About Thomas
Customers should hire me because of my extensive experience and unique approach to strength training. With over 15 years of experience as a strength coach, I have worked with professional athletes from the NBA, NFL, and MLB, as well as countless collegiate and high school athletes. My background as a former collegiate basketball player gives me a deep understanding of the physical demands and challenges faced by athletes.
What sets me apart is my Neuro Approach to training the body. I firmly believe that training the brain is just as important as training the body. I incorporate cognitive drills into my training programs, which have been proven to improve memory, decision-making, and coordination. By addressing both physical and cognitive aspects, I can optimize performance and give athletes the edge they need to take their game to the next level.
Working with me is a collaborative and personalized experience. I take the time to understand each athlete's goals, strengths, and areas for improvement. I tailor my training programs to meet their needs, ensuring they are challenged and pushed to reach their full potential. My coaching style is supportive and motivating, creating a positive and empowering environment for athletes to thrive in.
Furthermore, I have authored the book B.E.A.S.T Thinking, which delves into the mindset and mental strategies needed to excel in sports and life. This comprehensive approach, combining physical training and cognitive drills, sets me apart from other strength coaches.
