With a focus on barre, Pilates, and HIIT circuit training, my goal is to help you build strength, tone your body, and achieve lasting results. Every workout is tailored to your individual needs, ensuring that you’re always challenged but supported.
About Me:
I’m Sterlin Bennett, a passionate women’s health enthusiast, personal trainer, and barre instructor. I’ve been where you are—looking to make a positive change—and I’ve lost over 60 pounds using the very programs I share with my clients. My background in dance and fitness, along with my certification as a Massage Therapist, allows me to create well-rounded fitness routines that focus not only on your body but also on healing and overall wellness.
