About Sarah
It is not often you'd come across a circus arts coach that specializes in partner acrobatics, acrobatics for fun! While I've dabbled in prop manipulation, clowning, and aerial tissu- partner acrobatics, acro-yoga and handstands are my passion. Ready to run away with me to the circus?
The moment when my students realize that they really can do what moments ago seemed imposible.
I have been practicig partner acrobatics/ acro-yoga for nearly 10 years, and been a certified Acro Revolution Coach for 5 years. I spent the last 3 years teaching gymnastics and acrobatics. Over the pandemic I have been focusing on Aerial tissu arts and teaching juggling and prop manipulation.

We would begin with a phone call to discover your goals and current fitness level and experience. Then we would set up a time, date and location to meet. Classes include a warm up, conditioning relevant to the skills we are focusing on, and skill building.
Adults, children, neuro-diverse people.
Look to find someone who can offer progressions towards the skills you would like to learn. Someone who can break the skills down into accessible parts while making things fun.
