About Tedd
I began my own fitness journey in highschool when I wanted to stop being so skinny for myself and I needed to start being stronger for sports. Through fitness I found confidence and drive within myself that led me to pursue a career in the field.
I started with my personal training certification in 2015 and graduated with my B.S. in Exercise Science from UCF in 2018. Now I offer 1 on 1 and small group sessions which are menat not only to help you reach your goals but also to teach you why and how we are doing it. My ultimate goal is to help people love to live their life with health and fitness integrated into it.
As much as I love new low weigh ins and new weights lifted, my favorite part of this job is when clients begin to feel that confidence that fitness first began to give me almost a decade ago. I look forward to sharing that experience with you!
I have completed the ISSA Personal Training Certification twice over and received my Bachelor's of Science in Exercise Science: Human Performance in 2018, as well as having been a lifetime athlete and being my own bodybuibling coach leading to 4 National Qualifications, 4 Class wins, and 2 Overall wins

First we set up a time to meet for our completely free consultation session where we will discuss your goals and assess your current status. Then we will do a short workout to show you my style of training and ig we decide to move forward then I will design a training regimine that fits your goals and schedule and we will get to work!
I work with students of all ages, genders, nationalities, sizes, etc. and all with their own unique goals. At the end of the day my ideal client is someone who is ready to try their best and I am ready to help them do it!
