About Sam
I am 100% committed to my clients and I customize everything for them. Whether you are just starting out, or trying to really take your body and training to a high level, I can help you get there. With my three prong approach to goal setting we will tackle three aspects of your life: fitness, nutrition, and wellness. I can’t wait to get started with you and help you transform your lives! Follow me on Instagram (concealed information) and Facebook (SB3 Fitness). Also, check out my website (concealed information)
I love motivating people. I know how hard it can be to get yourself up each day and get exercise in so if I can push someone to be a little more active each day, it is so inspiring to me.
I started in 2016. I worked as an actor and model before that, so I was always into fitness for a hobby and I’ve always had a passion for it. I decided to turn my passion into a career and here I am three years later absolutely loving it.

We go through a consultation form first and then we have a conversation about what kind of program the client is looking for. I then write the programming and implement in through my app for the client.
I have worked with all types of students from seniors to those at an elite fitness level. The program must be design for the client. Not the other way around.

Sam is AWESOME and a professional trainer. After only a few workout sessions with him,it was evident that he really cared about his clients, including me. Sam has been instrumental in my weight loss journey. Along the way,he set realistic expectations and gave me the tools to not only guide me,but to help me be successful in reaching my weight loss goals, all while never losing his calm, encouraging spirit.Sam transformed my life.At age 63,he has helped me lose 73 pounds in just one year.My friends and family see my progress and are amazed!!! As my daughter tells me,I look like I’m aging backwards. The journey continues and I know that with Sam as my trainer I will continue to be successful in reaching all my weight loss and fitness goals.
A good balance between strength training and cardio. Program is tailored for my needs and goals. I don't feel over whelmed. Any questions or concerns are addressed promptly.
