About Anna
I worked at the Equinox gym in a big city, and decided to further enhance my passion for the online world, and now reaching virtually as well!
Currently have general certification from NASM, but also have certification for Corrective Exercise & Posture, Group Fitness, Mixed Martial Arts & Conditioning, TRX. Also working on Holistic nutrition to further asssist with guidance in nutrition and health tips to complement workouts.

First apppointment / consultation is always free. This first session is to get to know the client, and for the client to get to know me, the instructor. I work very closely with clients to achieve the results they would like to conquer. Will not stop until the client is happy and reaches their goals. The first session will also include a physical assessment, in which the client will move through a series of fundamental movement patterns such as a squat, lunges, bird dogs, and more. The assessment will help guide the instructor to further enhance the client's movement patterns and safely correct any necessary injury prone movement patterns for future workouts.
Post natal clients, injury / rehab clients (have worked with physical therapists as well to complement recovery process, not just workouts but also stretches, recovery movements).
Don't ever quit. Consistency is key. YOU CAN DO IT! Keep going until you reach your goals! :)

Usually price ranges from $60-90 per session but please reach out to discuss pricing depending on how many sessions you would like to do. Will give discount per session the more sessions you decide to do in the beginning, after our first complimentary session.
