Hi there! I'm Claudia, I've been a personal trainer for over 18 years. I am passionate about helping my clients in their journey to a more vibrant healthy life. Heal, balance and harmonize your mind, body and soul through Reiki Energy Healing. Embrace wellness with Holistic Wellness Coaching with a customized wellness plan to achieve your weight-loss goals through nutrition coaching, meal plans and fine tuning healthy choices. Tone, strengthen and increase flexibility with personal training or Yoga session, in person or virtual.

When I work with my clients I use a Wholistic apporach to help them achieve a healthy balance life through nutrition, movement and energy work. I love seeing the smile on my clients face when they see and feel the transfomation they have experienced.
Health and wellness has been a passion my whole life. I was an endurance athlete for many years and maintaining my body healthy for training and racing was a priority for optimal performance. With the vast education I received I am able to share my passion with my clients.

One size does not fit all. I customize my coaching and reiki sessions with my clients goals and needs in mind. After reviewing a wellness inventory I create a customized wellness/nutrition program. For my fitness/yoga clients I analize any physical limitations with a full body movement screening.
I've worked with clients that wanted to make a life change and lose weight and transform their body.
My golf clients have gained strength and flexibility and have even lowered their handicap through golf specific exercise and flexibility program.
Reiki clients have been able to get better sleep, heal wounds and past trauma, and reduce stress overall.
Health and wellness is an investment, not an expense. I have extensive education and wouldn't ever put my client on a program to get temporary results. I will only work with clients who are serious and willing to do the work and instructions I provide for them. I've worked at the Omni La Costa, The Bridges, Morgan Run Resort and Spa, Fairbanks Ranch Country Club, Santa Luz and the Bay Club with many satisfied clients.
