About Matthew
MillerFit was founded in 2009 and has been steadily growing and offering our personal training services to further areas of South Florida.
All of our trainers are vetted to have at minimal a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, with a minimal of 2 years experience in personal training, and are certified by one of the 3 more nationally recognized bodies.

Our process is to first have a 15 minute introductory call to gain a better understanding of what our clients are looking for, what they want to accomplish, and explore how we can help them meet their goals. We then schedule an in-person, free trial session with one of our trainers. The goal of this session is better understand our clients current fitness levels. From their we get into intentional programming to progressively improve our client's fitness levels.
We work with clients of all ages, sexes, and fitness levels.
For anyone looking to hire a personal trainer, I would definitely recommend looking at their education, experience, and certification as a baseline of comparison. After that you should take a free trial session to get a feel for the personality and style of the trainer.

Details
Most of our clients are on a no-contract, weekly Subcription model based on the frequency they wish to train. This allows us to bill in small increments so our clients have more flexibility and control over their fitness program.
