About Ed
My fitness training combines challenge, motivation, and variety! Without challenge there is no reward! Without motivating workouts there is only boredom! Without variety there is complacency and plateauing!
I am fully driven to constantly provide my clients with the next best workout! I truly consider it a passion to create unique workouts and exercises that clients can experience and make fitness a journey not just an hour of sweat and pain.
I am a former Lead Physical Training Instructor at a police academy for 19 years! I had trained over 2300 recruits up until my retirement from Law Enforcement in 2019! I am a certified Personal Trainer and Glute Training Specialist from the ISSA

The first initial step in the training process is a consultation. I will sit down with the client and discuss goals, talk training strategies, set up schedules, and gain confidence. Then, the first few sessions will be a "feeling out" process where I learn my clients abilities. After a few weeks, the sessions will then get more intense and challenging.
I have clients of all varieties! I specialize in those who want to take on high energy and challenging workouts but can train anyone! I have clients that range from 16 years old to 61 years old! I can train male or female clients.

COMMIT TO FIT PACKAGE- 20 sessions for $800 ($40 a session)
