About Kim
I love helping people! I have been working with all types clients of an age span from 15 -89 years of age over the last 15 years and have a degree in Exercise Science. Currently, I am working on my TPI certification to help engage golfers in personal fitness to become better golfers! I am also certified as a Senior Fitness Specialist and enjoy working with Baby Boomers who would like to improve their balance, flexibility, increase core strength and maybe would like to lose a few pounds! I can get your ready for any upcoming surgeries as well as help you with post recovery after Physical therapy! Whatever your fitness goals are, it is my goal to customize a training program to your needs.
I love making exercise fun and watching my clients confidence improve as they come in and start from ground zero! No exercise is too difficult and can be achieved with modifications according to where your individual starting spot is!
I have a degree in Exercise Science and am a Certified Specialist in Senior Fitness! I have been helping clients in strength training, flexibility, balance and cardiovascular endurance for over 15 years! I have training in CPR and post physical therapy recovery for those who have had back, hip, knee and shoulder surgery. Quality of life is the name of the game in Funcional aging!

Initally working with a new client starts with a text or a phone call, and then I schedule a time that works for you to come in and we talk about your fitness and nutrion goals. Whether you are just looking to get in better shape, lose weight or are someone who is has an injury and is interested in preventing surgery I can help you with that, too! After we assess your goals, we move on to talk about a"FIT" program that would best be suited to your needs. (frequency of workouts, intensity of exercises, and time spent of each activity). Rates can vary depending on the number of sessions purchased. Tandem and small group workout can also save you money if you sign up with a friend or couple! I specialize in Baby Boomers and Senior Fitness!
